✊When we work together to come to agreements or we create something new whether its a new idea, piece of art, content for social or a recipe, it strengthens bonds and creates an experience that everyone can enjoy ... we learn, we grow 🌱, we expand

In negotiations a collaborative approach gains superior results 🥇 not only in the terms but also in the client and agent experience. I've witnessed this so many times in my career

When someone is very combative in their approach or competitive -😶‍🌫️ it sucks the air out of the room and it's hard to come to an agreement when no one can breath. That is when agreements (or almost agreements) fall apart 💔

If you find yourself on the opposite side of an issue, I find it's best to collaborate, to listen and to be heard. Finding some common ground can help all parties move forward with new knowledge, an elevated experience and hopefully the keys to the castle ;)
