It's true - but likely no surprise to you 😳

I have months and months of data compiled and have been tracking trends weekly. This week was the largest decline I've seen recently. ⬇️

I suspect the sting of the higher rates have people forced to downsize. More inventory means softer prices.

🥳 I would say it's the Buyers turn for some fun, if financing is attainable of course - Sorry Sellers
