DON'T BE AFRAID OF INTEREST RATES ... you can refinance them BUT you can NEVER clawback on purchase price!!!

We are officially in BUYERS MARKET ... when I ran the numbers this morning Simcoe County has 6.9 months of inventory ... BUYERS that means you have loads to choose from, time to think about it and room to NEGOTIATE ... We haven't had this in years!!

Sellers, I know this isn't what you want to hear but in some cases it's not a huge dip ... some homes still have soooo much equity, especially if you have had your home for many years .... the dip MAY not hurt as much as you think .... we would really have to run the numbers to see where you are and what is selling you area ...
